Terms of use

This page summarizes the main conditions for using Curalune and clarifies roles, limits, and platform responsibility. Last updated: 12 June 2026.

Ultimo aggiornamento: 14 gennaio 2026

Curalune is an information platform. It does not provide care services directly.

Structures and professionals remain responsible for the data and services they publish.

Read this page together with the privacy and cookie policies before using the service.

1. Scope of the service

Curalune is an online platform that helps families, care homes and health professionals get in touch and share information about the services they offer. Curalune itself does not provide care services and is not a party to any contract that may be concluded between users.

3. Payments, “satisfied or refunded” guarantee and right of withdrawal

Payments for the Aiuto Curalune service are processed through the payment provider Stripe; Curalune does not store full card details.

Guarantee. If, for the area and criteria indicated, we are unable to provide at least 3 compatible structures, the user is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. To request it, simply write to info@curalune.com indicating the order.

Right of withdrawal. As this is a digital-content service delivered quickly, at the time of purchase the user may request immediate performance; in that case, once the selection has been delivered, the 14-day right of withdrawal under the Italian Consumer Code can no longer be exercised, without prejudice to the guarantee above. If the selection has not yet been delivered, the user may request cancellation and a refund.

4. Registration and accounts

When you create an account or submit information to Curalune, you undertake to provide accurate and truthful data and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity carried out with your account.

In case of suspected abuse, violation of these terms or security issues, Curalune may suspend or close accounts or restrict access to certain features.

5. Content and responsibility of providers

The descriptions of structures and professionals, including texts, photos, services, prices and similar information, are mainly provided by the structures and professionals themselves. While Curalune may carry out basic checks, it cannot guarantee that all information is always complete, accurate and up to date.

Informational listings created from public sources. Curalune may create and publish informational listings using publicly available data, for example name, address, general contact details, website and institutional information. Structures and professionals can request corrections, updates or removal of inaccurate information through the dedicated forms or by contacting support.

Any “Verified” or “Updated” badge, where present, only indicates that some listing information has been confirmed or updated by the structure or professional, or by cross-checking institutional public sources. It is not a certification of quality, safety or suitability.

Each structure and professional is solely responsible for the content they publish and for the services they actually provide to users.

6. Limitation of liability

Within the limits allowed by law, Curalune is not liable for direct or indirect damages deriving from the use or impossibility of use of the platform, nor for any issues connected with the contracts concluded between users and structures or professionals.

Users remain responsible for carrying out their own checks on the suitability, quality and safety of the structures and services chosen.

7. Changes to the service and to these terms

Curalune may modify, update or temporarily suspend parts of the platform in order to improve the service, perform maintenance or comply with legal obligations. Whenever these terms are updated, the new version will be published on the site and will apply from the date of publication.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. In case of disputes we invite users to first contact Curalune to try to reach an amicable solution before turning to the competent courts.
