FAQ
Clear points before you start
Do we have to buy both services?
No. Curalune Strutture and Partner Presence are independent. Request the workspace alone, buy Partner Presence alone or consider a combined proposal.
Does the Partner price include the workspace?
No. The displayed two-month price is exclusively for Partner Presence for one facility. Workspace and bundle pricing and rollout are agreed in a proposal.
Can we explore the workspace before deciding?
Yes. The demo uses fictional data and requires no payment. An activation request opens a commercial conversation; it does not automatically create an operational workspace.
Do Partner requests automatically enter the workspace?
The flows are currently separate: Partner delivers requests from your listing; the workspace lets you organize contacts and admissions. The bundle does not include automatic transfer between the two services.
Is renewal automatic?
No. At the end, nothing starts and nothing is charged. Continuing requires a new choice and a separate payment.
When does the Partner presence start?
Payment starts verification. The 2 months begin only after the information is complete and we activate Partner Presence.
Can we also stay on other portals?
Yes, no exclusivity. Many facilities are present on several channels: Curalune adds a curated presence and cleaner contacts, with no exclusivity.
Does Partner Presence include Curalune Care Help matching?
No. Curalune Care Help is a separate service purchased by families. Partner Presence covers your listing, local priority and direct requests from people who pick the facility.
