Curalune is an independent directory built to help families compare long-term care homes, retirement homes and home care across Canada.
Most families start their search in a hard moment: a hospital discharge, a sudden decline, dementia that has become difficult to manage, a relative who can no longer live alone.
In those moments you need clear information, verifiable contacts and a concrete way to know where to start. That is what Curalune is for.

What Curalune does
Curalune helps families search and compare care homes.
The directory brings together profiles of long-term care homes, retirement homes and other senior-care options, with locations and contact details. Each profile is a starting point to understand where a home is, what information is available and how to reach it.
Beyond the free profiles, Curalune offers Curalune Care Help, a paid service for families who want a reasoned shortlist of suitable care homes for their situation.
We read the area, urgency, level of care, budget and needs you describe. Then we prepare a shortlist of 3–5 homes to contact, with useful links, a ready-to-send enquiry and the questions to ask.
Clear limits
What Curalune does not do
Curalune is not a government agency, a law firm or a medical service. We do not run care homes, we do not guarantee bed availability or admission, and we do not confirm fees — those are decisions of each home.
We never file provincial subsidy or benefit applications on your behalf and never access your government or bank accounts. We prepare the path, the documents to gather and the questions to ask — you stay in control.

Who is behind Curalune
Curalune is built and run by a small independent team. It is not owned by any care-home chain or operator, which is what lets us present homes neutrally.
Curalune started in Italy and has since grown into a directory active in several countries, including Switzerland, France, Spain, Germany, the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada.
