Is renewal automatic?
No. At the end, nothing starts and nothing is charged. Continuing requires a new choice and a separate payment.
When does the Partner presence start?
Payment starts verification. The 2 months begin only after the information is complete and we activate Partner Presence.
Can we also stay on other portals?
Yes, no exclusivity. Many facilities are present on several channels: Curalune adds a curated presence and cleaner contacts, with no exclusivity.
Does Partner Presence include Curalune Care Help matching?
No. Curalune Care Help is a separate service purchased by families. Partner Presence covers your listing, local priority and direct requests from people who pick the facility.
