La struttura nasce nel 2007 e si sviluppa su due piani. È organizzata in 5 nuclei e dispone di spazi comuni per la socializzazione, palestra, ambulatori infermieristici e medici, sala polivalente, lavanderia, magazzini e giardino esterno attrezzato. Sono presenti anche un Giardino Alzheimer, una sala per la stimolazione multisensoriale, sale educative, cappella religiosa e camere con bagno interno attrezzato.

La residenza offre assistenza medica, assistenza infermieristica garantita 24 ore al giorno, assistenza alla persona, logopedia, fisioterapia, assistenza psicologica, servizio educativo, assistenza sociale e assistenza spirituale. L’équipe multidisciplinare comprende OSS, infermieri, fisioterapisti, logopedisti, educatori, assistenti sociali e psicologi psicoterapeuti. Sono inoltre presenti tre medici di medicina generale dal lunedì al sabato.
