Sono presenti soggiorni con tisaneria, ambulatori, bagni assistiti, locale per attività occupazionali, salottini di ricevimento e bar, oltre a un grande giardino attrezzato fruibile anche in carrozzina.

L’équipe multiprofessionale elabora il Piano Assistenziale Individuale (PAI) entro 15 giorni dall’ingresso, con coinvolgimento dell’ospite e dei familiari o caregiver e revisioni periodiche. L’assistenza sanitaria prevede presenza attiva di un medico con passaggio giornaliero e Direttore Sanitario per 20 ore. L’attività infermieristica è garantita dalle 6:00 alle 21:00 sette giorni su sette, con reperibilità dell’infermiere nelle ore notturne e presenza dell’OSS.

La giornata segue orari indicativi per colazione, idratazione, pranzo, riposo, merenda e cena, con attività di animazione e stimolazione. Il menù prevede scelte giornaliere e diete particolari su indicazione medica in funzione dei quadri clinici, con supporto logopedico per rendere più sicuro il momento del pasto. Sono disponibili servizi interni come posta, lavanderia, parrucchiere e barbiere, podologa ed estetista, assistenza religiosa e videochiamate con tablet della struttura.

Le visite sono consentite dalle 10:00 alle 11:30 e dalle 14:00 alle 17:30, con fasce consigliate 10:30-11:30 e 15:00-17:30. Per accessi fuori orario è richiesto un preavviso al centralino entro l’orario del servizio. La lista di attesa è gestita in ordine cronologico, in base alla disponibilità di posti letto e alla compatibilità in camera doppia.
